Secure Trials Console (STC)
1. Open a case with Partner Support.
- Go to the Global Virtual Engineering (GVE) Cloud to open a case.
- Once you reach the GVE Client Experience Portal (CEP), on the Security PoV/Lab License object, select Engage.
2. On the form that opens, fill in the fields as follows:
- For Primary Technology, select Cloud, Web & Email Security from the dropdown menu.
- In Title, enter Secure Trials Console.
- In Description, enter the following:
- Product Type—Secure Trials Console.
- Administrator Email—partner's CCO email address
- Administrator's first and last name
3. Select Submit.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to access the STC.
4. To Log in: Go to dashboard.ciscosecure.com
