The following blog helps us with the steps to configure Meraki Wireless for Certificate based authentication.
This integration works with Windows 2019 Server and Windows 10 Clients.
STEP1 - Install and Configure Active Directory Services
STEP 2 - Install and Configure Certificate Authority
STEP 3 - Install and Configure NPS (Network Policy Server)
STEP 4 - Configure SSID on Meraki Dashboard
STEP 6 - Client Side Configuration Installation of Certificate
Use MMC Tool and Browser to Open the CA via IIS (IP Address of IIS Server/certserv)
Ex. Run->MMC
192.168.25.147/certsrv
